‘Lascia Ch’io Pianga’ was performed at Kastelskirken, Copenhagen, January 2009 by Bjarte ‘Barokksolistene’ Eike (violin), Tuva Semmingsen (mezzo soprano), Karina Gauvin (soprano) and Tempo Rubato ensemble. Conducted by Bjarte ‘Barokksolistene’ Eike and Alexander Weimann, with supervision and direction from Kristian Eidnes Andersen and Lars Von Trier.
