STEN HANSON

A beautifully designed book collecting the works of one of the forerunners of audio poetry sound art. sten Hanson has been around for more than 40 years. He has worked with the likes of John Cage and has been a major force in the formation of what is called "text-sound composition", the swedish brand of audio poetry. He has been leader of the famous Fylkingen studio/institution from the late 1960ies until the mid-1980ies and continues to produce works and performance to this day. The book comes in a hardback cover with a photo wrapper and has ca. 260 pages. It reproduces Hansons beautiful text composition that are pieces of art themselves, plus some comments about his work.
